Another Reason I Need a Wii →
The release of this game (Resident Evil 4) may finally send me out in search of a Wii. I never finished it on GameCube and now I am kinda glad. It wasn’t because I didn’t enjoy the game, but because my attention span is so fickle :)
Another (potential) Reason I Need a DS →
I don’t play the Warhammer 40K tabletop game (although I think the little figures are cool), but the world they have designed around it is intriguing to me. Hopefully this upcoming DS game will be good (and I will have a DS Lite by then). I may have to check out the current comic being done by Boom! Studios as well. I’ve heard it is quite good.
Warner has Appleseed: Ex Machina →
The first Appleseed film was gorgeous action-mecha-eye-candy - the sequel looks prepared to follow that trend. Sign me up. I’m also a big fan of the original OAV. (now i just need to go and re-read Shirow’s super-dense manga)
The Sky Crawlers - New Film from Oshii Announced →
I am always interested in what Mamoru Oshii (Ghost in the Shell, Avalon) is working on, so very excited to read about this today. I love Kenji Kawai’s music - glad to see he is collaborating with Oshii again.
